We understand that not having your vehicle is frustrating and can be an inconvenience.
That is why we pride ourselves in timely repairs done with great quality.
All repair and refinish work completed is under a 1 year warranty.
In all repair cases a standard procedure is in place to ensure quality repair as quickly as possible.
Before any repairs on vehicles begin, an initial estimate will be written and submitted to the
insurance company or given to the customer for approval.
Once a repair is approved, the process of disassembling the vehicle begins. As the vehicle
is disassembled, it is re-inspected for any additional parts or labor it will need to be repaired properly.
After the repair process has been completed, the vehicle then moves into the refinish department.
Here it will receive quality inspection and paint to factory or better standards.
